1. All treatments and services will be provided according to agreed treatment plans, fees and scheduling.
2. Fees quoted are estimates and may change if treatment scope changes; any such change will be communicated before proceeding.
3. Payment is required at or before the time of service unless alternate arrangements have been agreed in writing.
4. While we use every reasonable precaution and follow best practices, clinical results cannot be guaranteed and outcomes may vary based on individual circumstances.
5. The clinic is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or complications resulting from non-compliance with treatment plans or follow-up care.
6. Patients must provide complete and accurate medical/dental history and notify the clinic of any changes in health, medications or conditions.
7. The clinic may use anonymised photographs for educational or promotional purposes; identifiable photos will only be used with your direct consent.
8. The clinic may change these terms from time to time; the updated version will be published and come into effect once communicated to patients or posted in the clinic.
9. By scheduling or receiving treatment, you assent to these terms and conditions.
